Sales Engineer

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our Service Business team. In this role, you will be responsible for the sales of your products both in Finland and abroad.

Key responsibilities

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for our special products used in the precast concrete manufacturing, which bring clear added value and cost-effectiveness to the production processes of the factories.

Working closely with your customers, you will:

• identify and propose suitable technical solutions

• provide technical support for your products

• deliver user training when needed.

You will leverage Elematic’s extensive global customer base while actively identifying and developing new customer relationships. In addition, you will support other sales team members when required to maximize sales opportunities and collaborate closely with the project team regarding offering needs related to new mould sales.

About you

Success in this role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of three years of experience in similar sales or export work. You'll be meeting with customers from all over the world on a regular basis, so you are ready to travel, and you'll enjoy working with people from different cultures and international environments. You speak fluent Finnish and have good oral and written skills in English. Other languages are considered an advantage.

As a salesperson, you need a proactive approach to sales work. You are analytical and good at problem-solving. You have good communication and influence skills, and you are outgoing, approachable, and cooperative. You enjoy building relationships.
